Onto the DarkUI thing, those fonts are wrong for this UI. there are other cool weapon mods out there. The mod is made by "Insanity Sorrow" who has been modding for years, and has made far more intricate stuff than this, and so this sort of thing is suprising to see in one of his mods? So have you had other weapon mods installed previously, that may have un-alligned these meshes? if not then I suggest uninstalling this mod.
this can be fixed in "Nifskope" a tool that lines them up, but if you have no experience with it that may not be convenient, although its not really hard to do as you do it onscreen by "eye" until it looks right. Ok, those textures on swords etc, are completely out of wack, they are there, but they are not "lined up" properly onto the meshes, this is why you have half the metal blades on the handles etc.
